As a Solar Holler customer, it pays to spread the word
We value your time and the connections you make on our behalf. When a Solar Holler customer refers a friend, and that friend goes solar, both the referring customer and the new customer receive $200. It’s one way we honor your commitment to solar.
And why stop there? We recently integrated business and nonprofit referrals into our program. So if you’re part of the Lion’s Club or VFW or maybe your best friend owns an office building- refer those organizations too! Payments for commercial referrals are based on system size and can grow from $200 up to $2,000!
*For commercial referrals, only the customer making the referral receives payment. The business or nonprofit does not.
The fine print
The Solar Holler Residential Referral Program pays $200 to both the referring customer and the referred customer within 60 days of project completion (permission to operate). Both customers will receive an email from bill.com with an option to sign up for direct deposit. If no action is taken, the customer will receive a $200 check in the mail.
The referred customer must clearly state who referred them to Solar Holler prior to contract signing in order for their solar installation to be eligible for this program. If multiple Solar Holler customers refer the same friend, then the referring customers split the $200. There is no limit on how much you can earn through this program.
The Solar Holler Commercial Referral Program pays the referring customer within 60 days of the referred organization’s project completion (permission to operate). The amount is determined by system size but will not exceed $2,000. The referred organization does not receive any payment. If the referred organization owns multiple properties that are bundled into the same contract, those installations will be treated as a single project under this program.
The Solar Holler Residential and Commercial Referral Programs may change without notice. Other terms and restrictions apply. Any customers who receive payments through the referral program in the amount of $600 or more, will be issued a 1099 form from Solar Holler at the start of tax season. Referral checks must be cashed prior to the 90 day expiration date.
