Case StudyHarmony House
Harmony House went solar with Solar Holler in 2019. Their mission is to provide basic resources and housing to homeless and formerly homeless individuals in the Huntington area. As a nonprofit organization, maximizing their limited resources is critical to meeting their mission and going solar enables them to save thousands. With the addition of 115 solar panels on top of their affordable housing unit, they’re able to save $115,000 over the lifespan of their solar system - allowing them to invest those funds back into the important work they do for their community.
"Knowing that $3,000 to $5,000 every year for the next 25 years gets back in our budget, so that we can do other services other programs in essence is going to make sure people are getting housed," -Bill Rosenberger, Director of Development
